1. Contracting Party

2. Scope of Application

Unless otherwise agreed, these Terms and Conditions shall apply to the business relationship between the Seller and the Customer. The inclusion of the Customer's own terms and conditions is expressly rejected. The Customer shall be considered a consumer if they enter into the contract for purposes that are not related to their commercial or self-employed professional activities. 

3. Conclusion of the Contract

The ordering process works as follows:

The Customer can add the displayed goods to their shopping cart using the "Add to Cart" or "Buy Now" button and will then be guided through the ordering process, where they can enter all relevant order details. The contract is concluded when the Customer places their order. The Customer will then receive an automatically generated order confirmation by email and, in a separate email, the corresponding invoice. 

The language of the contract is German.

3. Payment and Prices

All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. The shipping costs are added during the checkout process.

4. Subject Matter of the Contract

The subject matter of the contract consists of the goods ordered and paid for by the Customer. 

5. Condition, Delivery and Availability of Goods

The condition and dimensions of the goods offered are based on the descriptions and images in the online shop. Minor variations in the condition of the final product may occur. These characteristics do not constitute defects but rather minor deviations. Errors and inaccuracies regarding the availability of goods are reserved. 

6. Delivery & Shipping Costs, Returns & Exchanges

Delivery takes up to 20 business days, depending on the destination country. We accept no liability for any deviations from the stated delivery times. Shipping costs are displayed and added during the checkout process. 

In the event of a defective product, we will refund you the purchase price plus shipping costs and cover the return shipping costs. 

In the following cases, we will refund only the purchase price, excluding shipping and return shipping costs:

- Incorrect address provided when placing the order
- Failure to collect the package from the post office / parcel shop within the applicable deadline

These costs must be borne by the Customer, as we cannot assume any liability for circumstances attributable to third parties.

8. Retention of Title

The delivered goods shall remain the property of the Seller until full payment has been received.

9. Liability and Final Provisions

Contracts between the Seller and the Customer shall be governed by Austrian law. The Seller assumes no liability for damages caused by the shipping company.

10. Severability Clause

Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the statutory provisions shall apply in place of the invalid provision. The validity of all other provisions shall remain unaffected.
