2. Scope
Unless otherwise agreed, these GTC shall apply to the business relationship between the Seller and the Customer. The inclusion of the customer's own terms and conditions is objected to. The customer is considered a consumer if he concludes the contract for non-commercial or independent activities.3. Conclusion of the contract
The ordering process works as follows:The customer can add the displayed goods to the shopping cart via the button "Add to cart" or "Buy now" and is then guided through the ordering process, where he/she can enter all relevant data for the order. The contract is concluded when the customer submits his/her order. Subsequently, the customer receives an automatically generated order confirmation in the form of an e-mail and the corresponding invoice in a further e-mail.
The contract language is German.
3. Payment and prices
All prices are final prices and include the statutory VAT. Shipping is added during the check-out process.4. Subject matter of the contract
The subject of the contract is the goods ordered and paid for by the customer.5. Nature, delivery and availability of the goods
The quality and dimensions of the offered goods result from the description and the pictures in the webshop. Slight deviations in the quality of the final product may occur. These properties do not represent any defects but minimal deviations may be allowed. Errors and errors regarding the availability of goods are reserved.6. Delivery & Shipping Costs, Returns & Exchanges
The delivery time is up to 3 working days, we accept no liability for any deviating delivery times. Shipping costs are displayed and added during the checkout process.In case of a defective product, we will refund you the purchase price + shipping costs and cover the return shipping costs.
In the following cases we will only refund the purchase price excl. Shipping and return costs:
- Incorrect address when ordering
- Non-timely collection of the parcel at the Post Office / Parcel Shop
These costs must be borne by the customer, as we cannot assume any liability for external faults.
An exchange means a cancellation or return of your current order and a new order. Here you bear (just like with the return) the costs for the return shipment. However, we will cover the shipping costs of your new order for you. Just send us an e-mail to hi@bundre. com.
Once the goods have been checked for integrity in the warehouse, your money will be credited to you (usually within 14 working days). Please note that your waistbands or accessories cannot be returned if they have already been worn several times or if they are damaged due to your fault.
